Session Info. 

Payment Policy:
    Payments can be made in two installments.  First installments are due the week prior to the beginning of the session.  You may make your payments in two installments.  The second installment is due the fourth week of the session.  Please see the front desk for specific payment due dates.  We accept: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Debit Cards.  If a payment is not received by the specified due date, your child may not be let in class and their spot may be given to another child.  If special payment arrangements need to be made, we are happy to accommodate you, just call our office staff at (909) 483-8161.  Thank you

Automatic Payment:

    Never be late with your tuition again!  Sign up for our automatic payment option.  It's easy- give the front desk your credit or debit card information and we will automatically charge your card (whether you choose to pay in two installments or one).

    These dates represent our billing cycles.  If you would like to enroll your child in a class you don't need to wait until next session!  We will pro-rate your tuition based on how many weeks are left in that particular session.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call us at (909) 483-8161.

August 25th- October 18th       *Closed Labor Day, 9/1/08

1st installment due by 8/23

2nd installment due by 9/20

Session 2

October 20th- December 13th   *Closed Halloween, 10/31/08 after 3:00pm

1st installment due by 10/18        *Closed Thanksgiving, 11/27- 11/28/08

2nd installment due by 11/15

Session 3

December 15th- February 14th   *Closed Dec. 24, 2008- Jan. 1, 2009

1st installment due by 12/13/08     *Wed. & Thurs. classes need to schedule a make up class for 12/31 & 1/1

2nd installment due by 1/17/09

Session 4

February 16th- April 11th  

1st installment due by 2/14       

2nd installment due by 3/14

*You are entitled to a make-up class for any day that we are closed, unless otherwise stated.

Make Ups and Class Changes
If you are doing make-up, or have changed classes, you must pick up the appropriate slip at the front desk before going to class.
       

Make-Ups:
          -You must make an appointment in order to do a make-up. Please call the front desk. You have one month to complete the make-up class.
          -If you are going to miss a class or take a leave of absence, please let the front office know.
           This will help keep your account accurate.
 

Private Lessons:
Private lessons are to be paid for in BEFORE the lesson begins.  You may pay each day before the lesson or pay for a number of lessons in advance.

Things to Remember:
-Tuition Due dates will be posted on Lime Green Paper.

-If a particular class is full or closed you may ask to be put on a waiting list.

-If changing class time or day please let the front office know before the new session begins. Thank you!
