Description:
Class emphasis is on flexibility, gross motor skills, muscular strength, social skills, and coordination. Class will use specialized pre-K gymnastics equipment to learn gymnastics. Class will use, but not be limited to: music, obstacle course, foam filled pit, balance beams, uneven bars, 60-foot tumbling trampoline, floor exercise, vault and more. CHILD MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND LISTEN TO INSTRUCTOR WITHOUT PARENT PARTICIPATION.
